AIIMS are the institutions managed by central goverment whereas other government medical colleges are managed by state. AIIMS conduct its own entrance whereas remaining college intake via NEET

AIIMS Delhi is top medical college in India according to the ratings and the rankings.
Yes, there is a huge difference if you persue your MBBS from AIIMS Delhi or any other government college. AIIMS Delhi provides better placements, exposure and faculty than other colleges.
You should target to get AIIMS Delhi campus.
