If you want admission in any medical course be it mbbs or bpt you have to give NEET. Without NEET score you are not able to take admission in good college as almost all good universities accept neet score for admission in medical courses

No you can't take direct admission for bpt. For this course you have to qualify exam like Common Entrance Test (CET) and the All India Medical Entrance Examination (AIMEE) or neet exam.
