Sorry to say but you have to give NEET MDS entrance exam for doing mds course. There is no direct admission for that course.

The eligibility criteria for giving that exam is :

• Candidate must be the indian citizen , OCIs , PIOs.
• Candidate must have a BDS degree which must be associated with college or university of india under MDS course regulations 2017 issued by DCI .
• Candidates must possess a permanent registration certification issued by DCI .

There is no such direct admission to any college. You have to give the entrance exam before entering any college. For MDS also, you first have to appear in the NEET-MDS exam, then only you can get a seat for admission in any medical college for further studies. It is illegal to take direct admission to any college.
