no your bad luck this bill is just passed and granted by the government and loksabha and it takes time to get implemented it is not implemented for upsc and all other central exams but as jee mains first phase has already been completed in the month of january so if we apply the bill for april exam there should be a change in the january results also so definetly it is not possible and hence in this year it is not applicable but from next year it will be definetly going to be applicable and you can definetly take long term course for jee mains and write it again in the next year so you can be applicable for the reservation , hope you will definetly have success in your future and all the best for your comming jee mains exams bro
