As per rank your chances are very low. There can be possible that you can get CSE in CSAB becaus many seats go vacant after the JOSAA so it will filled in the Special round of CSAB. Those candidates who does not get any counseling letter or those who want to change their college or branch they opt for CSAB. I think you should do counseling in both JOSAA and CSAB. Hope you get CSE .

Last year, the closing rank for NIT Agartala CSE was 23000. But still there is a small amount of chance to get CSE in NIT Agartala with a rank of 32000( general category,other state) by luck in the special round in CSAB counseling .

Their is almost no chance of you getting admission in NIT Agartala, as your rank is too high
As per previous year list, the cutoff rank was around 23,000 so your chance of admission is almost negligible.
