Is there form filling process before verification of documents

These documents are compulsory to bring along with yourself while visiting the reporting center after the confirmation of seat. So ready these documents before coming for seat acceptance.

1. A copy of a letter of Provisional Seat Allocation, which is to be downloaded from the official portal of Joint Seat Allocation Authority.

2. Proof of Seat Acceptance Fee Payment.

3. Duly certified Medical Certificate (Original) in the format which is given in the official format and you may also check that from here ( JoSAA 2017 certificate format for required documents ).

4. Duly certified Declaration form (Original) in the format which is given in the official format and you may also check that from here ( JoSAA 2017 certificate format for required documents ).

5. Two Passport Sized Photos.

6. One attested photocopy along with the original Admit card. (JEE main admit card for admission in NITs and JEE advanced admit card for admission in IITs)

7. Original birth certificate along with one attested copy of it or any other equivalent certificate.

8. Original name proof certificate along with an attested copy of it.

9. Original Category certificate with one attested photocopy. For BCL-NCL, category certificate must be issued after 1st June 2014 only.
