Is there freedom fighter quota in admission?

Hi Deepak. There is no as such quota titled 'Freedom Fighter' in education system. But yes there are some scolarships offered by government for the people who have contributed for the nation. Moreover, sometimes, some colleges have some protocols that favour the students who work for their country and waive some fees. So, you should inquire this to the college/university that you are interested in to study.
