Yeah Nova Engineering college has the hostel facility for both girls and boys. According to the student reviews the mess food is good and the hostel facilities are also good  well maintained. The Boys hostel is constructed within the college campus and it consists of around 105 rooms. Each  room accommodates 3 students. Yes, niva engineering college provide us hostel facilities.
There are four hostels (Hostel 8, 9, 7 and 11) for first and second year boys, two for each. Separate hostels are allocated to first year students to avoid ragging incidents. Obviously it's shared accommodation but rooms are big enough for 4 people. From 3rd year, boys get opportunity to apply for single accommodation in 5 Halls - McDonalds, Richardson, Sen, Sengupta, Wolfenden. Alternatively you can opt for Hostels with shared accommodation. Generally Hostel 15 and 16 are allotted. For final year students Hall is mandatory. For girls, there are two halls, one newly built (I can't recall the name) for freshies and Pandya for others.

Yes, there is hostel facility in Nova Engineering institute of technology. But you will have to check the quality and fees of the hostel. I can't really say anything based on people's reviews, it's a private college so the amenities and fees, both would be higher.
