hi,
see this year neet exam got delayed and due to extra times the candidates are getting, it may lead to go a high cutoff and high scores, so if you are thinking that just attempting neet you may get a government bds college, it seems not possible according to previous years cutoff. you need to study sincerely even to get a government bds college and clear neet exam.
