The admission to B.Com occurs directly in Delhi University. Every year cut-off is released and admission occurs based on the cut-off. Cut-off depends on seat availability, college, category to which you belong. You can check previous year cut-off through ten rounds at http://www.du.ac.in/cut-off.html
