Is there is no site from where we can get hpcet previous year questions... it's a big request to you to plz post the 2018 and 2017 paper

Sorry to say but on the HPCET website too there is only previous years paper. Here is the link: http://www.himtu.ac.in/download-old-question-papers-for-all-courses-2/# .
I hope this will give you just the insight of what the paper will be.
