Hello,
As per the information available in the Information Brochure of Maharashtra NEET UG 2021 Counselling you should pay Rs. 3,00,000 as penalty if you have cancel the seat allotted for AYUSH course after the cut off date. You do not have to pay penalty if you have fail to report at the allotted institute in Mop up round. If you do not report or cancel the seat allotted in CAP rounds including Mop up round then it indicates that you are not interested to seek admission through CAP Counselling hence you will not be considered for seat allotment in further rounds, if any. Penalty is only imposed if you cancel the seat after the cut off date specified. The last date to cancel the seat will be announced soon so please keep an eye on official website and check the announcements from time to time so that you will be updated regarding the counselling.
