Are you sure?I am really confused about this.i actually called an agent,he said he'll get me a seat for cse at vit vellore.So i left my ece seat in counselling for cse..Hope he doesn't cheat

there is definately the Management quota in VIT as it is a private college while you need to pay high donation and fee will be same . and there is no 2nd round calling you need ask in primary for management quota it self

for every college there will be management quota if you didnt get rank and if you are interested to join in college you can go through it
