Yes, there are courses for students aspiring for mass communication, provided by hundreds of different colleges and universities.
There are number of mass communication course like,
1. Diploma course in development journalism:- Basically a Diploma course for a period of 4 months.
2. Diploma in Journalism and mass communication:- Diploma course for a period of 3 years.
3. BA in Journalism:- Undergraduate degree for a period of 3 years.
4. BA Hons Journalism and Mass communication (BJMC):- Undergraduate degree programme for a period of 3 years.
5. Diploma in mass media:- Diploma course for a period of 3 years.
6. BA Hons in Multimedia and mass communication (BMMMC):- Undergraduate Degree for a period of 3 years.
7. Bachelor of mass media (BMM):- Undergraduate degree programme for a period of 3 years.
8. BA film making and Mass communication:- Undergraduate degree programme for a period of 3 years.
9. BA Hons in Hindi Journalism and mass communication (BHJMC):- Undergraduate degree programme for a period of 3 years.
Eligibility criteria:-
1. A candidate aspiring for a course of mass communication shall have completed class 12 from a recognised board of education and Scored at least 45% to 50%.
2. Further, for post graduation, Candidate shall be passed in graduation with at least 50% of marks.

The fees of such courses vary among government and private colleges. The fees for government college shall rely between 11,000 to 1,10,000 for the entire course. And if it is Private college, the fees ranges between 2.5 lakhs to 3.5 lakhs.
