Yes msc in psychology is a 2yr long postgraduate course that is divided into four semesters.
Eligibility criteria  - candidate must have completed graduation with psychology as a compulsory subject.
The college in which candidate have completed graduation must be approved by university grants commission.

You can apply for entrance exams like - DUET , BHU PET , JNUET , etc.
