No there is no entrance exam for any course in Indira Gandhi National Tribal University, Amarkantak. Candidates who want to take admission to the various courses offered by the University have to firstly enrol on the website of the university. After the successful registration, they have to select the programme they wish to pursue from the IGNTU and then generate a pre-enrolment copy for each programme they apply. Admission shall be based on the merit of the qualifying examination that is marks secured in class 12 for UG programmes and marks of graduation shall be considered for admission to the PG programme.

Based on the Information Brochure available till date, it can be estimated that the admission process into M.Sc Biotechnology courses is merit based, which means the score you obtained in your graduation will determine your possibilities of admission. Now you are still suggested to keep yourself updated with the notifications available on the official website of IGNTU as they will declare the admission for this year soon.
