It is not compulsory to get the admission in private college , you don't have to clarify the cet exam if you want to  get admission in private colleges without cet only there are many colleges who offer direct admission on the basis of 12th marks via Management quota seats,you must have secured 45-50% marks in 12th in science & maths along with English as a compulsory subject for direct admission without entrance exams. Some private colleges conduct their own entrance exam. On the basis of examination they select the students.
