No not yet.... But news is coming that there will be negative marking from this year

Dear Sheets,

MHCET conducts online exam for admissions in law programme.The exam is conducted in Marathi and English languages. Exam consist of 150 questions where each correct answer is awarded with one mark and there will be no negative marking for a wrong answer.
