Is there negative marking in srmjee 2019?
Hi Aastha, Hope you are doing well.
SRMJEE exam has two types.
1) For engineering where each question carries 3 marks in physics, chemistry and mathematics each of 105 marks. There is a negative marking of 1 for each incorrect answer.
2) For medical, there is physics, chemistry and Biology of 3 marks per question. Here the negative marking for physics and chemistry is the same while the negative marking for biology is 0.7 marks for each incorrect answer.

There will be a negative marking pattern for any wrong answer. For Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics questions, there will be a deduction of one mark whereas for Biology questions, there will be penalty of 0.7 marks for each wrong answer.
