There are around four colleges under University of delhi that provides sikh minority namely Guru Tegh Bahadur Khalsa College, Sri Guru Gobind Singh Khalsa College of Commerce, Sri Guru Nanak Dev Khalsa College, and Mata Sundri College for Women. Students from families of the religion who wish to avail this benefit need to fill the University’s common registration form select the Sikh Minority Category.

Anyway, it don't provide any special relaxation for Ba English hons candidates. But the cutoffs for sikh minority category be lesser than that of general category people.

Check the cutoffs of following colleges at the original website of du and get a clear idea.

DU has reservations for SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwD/CW that will apply as per University rules. In 2018, 1% relaxation was given to female students.  Reservations are only for SC, ST, OBC, EWS, PWD, Children/Widows of Personnel of the Armed Forces (CW), Kashmiri Migrants (KM) (Supernumerary Seats),  Foreign Applicants. You can download the DU UG Admission Information Bulletin 2019 in the link given below. The reservation categories are mentioned in detail from page 22.
