Is there rural development for masters? And if so, can I still apply for it in Sri Satya Sai University?

Sri Satya sai university of technology and medical science is a Private Institute located in Madhya Pradesh. It takes admission on the basis of NEET Under Graduate Examinations for medical seats and JEE Mains exam is taken for Admission into the Engineering courses.
For applying for the Masters course programmes, the candidate must have minimum eligibility criteria such as atleast 50% marks in the Board Examinations and atleast 60% marks in the Bachelors programme.
