According to your profile you are a medicine aspirant and it seems that you are asking for NEET UG and NEET PG if not then please mention it. So no, questions and exam pattern is completely different for NEET UG and NEET PG because there syllabus is completely different and even exams are for different courses.
NEET UG is an entrance examination conducted by NTA for admission to 83,075 MBBS, 26,949 BDS, 52,720 AYUSH, 525 BVSc and AH seats and it's syllabus is that of class 11th and 12th but NEET PG is an entrance examination conducted by National Board of Examinations (NBE) for admission to 12,690 Master of Surgery (MS), 24,306 Doctor of Medicine (MD) and 922 PG Diploma seats in 6,102 government, private, deemed/central universities. Candidates having valid MBBS degree can only apply for NEET PG.

First of all when it comes to entrance test syllabus, then generally speaking undergraduate courses are based on 10+2 syllabus, and in case of post-graduation it's based on graduation level syllabus, now you haven't specified your query is for which course or college for that matter, the level of ug and pg is different so obviously the questions will be different, like I said in majority of pg exams the syllabus to a large extent covers the graduation level studies, but then each university has its own set of exam pattern, syllabus etc, so visit the official website of the university you want to pursue your higher studies for, you can also mention the name in the comment box below, or search out site for any relevant information related to entrance exam, syllabus, paper pattern or any other important details related to preparation process.
