Hello greetings
There can be different versions of looking at the decision by National testing agency of normalising the scores because for someone It may be beneficial and for someone It may not be because in a shift it may happen that all the students are extra talented compared to other students and in shift for an average student it will be At loss but is the number of student is very high and division is not based on any criteria therefore there is very less chance of any kind of partiality and is the decisions are made by very intellectual personalities who have been in the educational field from many years and they have considered a lot of vectors therefore it seemsto be good idea but if you have any kind of complaints then you can always raise a voice through a petition.
Hope this helps all the best
- The main purpose of the jee exam whether it is mains or advanced is to give rankings to the students based on their performance in the exam.
- previously jee ranks were based on the marks but now they are giving percentile.
- I don't think these percentage and percentile methods are about judging a student but these methods give the Rankings to the students about that particular exam.
- By using these methods we can see that no injustice is done to the any student in view of getting the better rank According to their performance.
