Is this an official news that no entrance exam will conducted this year 2022.

No there is no any such news and all entrance examinations will take place as per their schedule, there might be some delay because of schedule of last year but most of them will happen until and unless the authorities announce any alternative and as you are an engineering aspirant according to your profile so you might be interested in JEE-Main, if not then please correct me in the comment section given below.
JEE-Main will definitely be conducted this year and the dates are likely to be declared in the very first week of March 2022 and first attempt is expected in the month of April 2022. So kindly wait for any official notification and you can get regular updates from the link given below :-
