Now, coming to your questions, it's not known either what's your educational qualifications, in case you've not qualified your 10th exams,depending on circumstances if you've had year gaps, there are opportunities to complete your education like through NIOS. If this is not the case, you're already done with qualifying 10th exams even if you couldn't qualify in first attempt, then it doesn't matter, eventually when it comes to graduation degree admission, what only matters is you've completed/qualified your 10+2 from a recognized board with subject combinations as per eligibility criteria of the concerned college for a particular course. In order to enroll for a degree program, completing 12th is necessary, even in open university like IGNOU, candidates have to complete BPP which is a six months course in order to be eligible for degree courses.
