Is this correct? When a liquid is poured in a capillary tube, then weight of the liquid=surface tension in the capillary tube.

You are missing something if you just made the units then it will give you wrong result because the unit of weight is Newton where is the units of surface tension has Newton per metre. Therefore the correct answer to this question is the weight of water rise in the capillary tube is balanced by the force of surface tension this is the surface tension * the  circumference of capillary.
