Hello Mahira,

If a candidate attempts all 150 questions without skipping in 180 minutes, they get 12 more questions to solve. The extra questions will be from Maths/Biology, Chemistry, Physics. Once a candidate opts for extra questions, they cannot go back to the previous 150 questions.

As you know that time is less for the exam so you need to work smartly, It is recommended that you must attempt maximum amount of questions and your efficiency also must be good. A lot of practice is required for this. BITSAT has English Proficiency and Logical Reasoning section also apart from Physics, Chemistry & Mathemantics. I would also suggest you to focus on the most frequently asked questions in the exam.

You can prefer a personalized Preparation course BITSAT 2019 Knock Out It will be helpful for you to prepare the exam smartly with Unlimited Online Mock test, 5,000+ Concepts, formulas and Definitions, Most asked questions, personalized strength and weakness sheet to analyse yourself and more.

Good Luck!

Yes BITSAT is conducted only in online mode, it will be a MCQ test and you have to fill choices for every answer moreover you'll get you result just after the completion of the exam.

Those 12 extra questions have a difficulty level slightly higher then the rest of the paper will marking scheme as +3 for right and -1 for wrong hence they can make a lot more difference in your final score. I would suggest you to first focus on the rest of the paper and then if you have time left then you can solve them else you can simply do smart guessing for some of those questions.

Hope it helps.

Thank you.
