Yes it is of course possible to get 550+ in NEET 2020 in only five months. Studying 12 hours is sufficient for this. Try to solve as much as previous year question papers and sample papers it will give you a time based practice and focus much on NCERT. Moreover join some test serieses to evaluate yourself.
