Yes, it is possible as in theoretically speaking you are eligible to give JEE Mains which means you have a chance. Honestly, it is good if you can but you have to know that JEE preparations take a lot of hard work and study hours. If you are planning to do both at once that is preparing for your exam while you are in college then it would be very difficult. If you are ready to drop a year then also it would be your loss plus a seat in IITs is still not guaranteed. It is your choice.
