yes the admission to these courses will be based on NEET marks and rank this year.
for particular state, after neet results are declared you have to apply in the state counselling.

This year admission in veterinary and ayush courses will be based on NEET only but the admission criteria varies state to state as well and there is no such information out for UP so kindly stay tuned with us to know all latest updates about the same -
