Well yes,trousers with pockets are allowed. But make sure they are simple and light. They should not contain any extra buttons.

The dress code in NEET ensures that there is no irregularities and malpractice during the entrance examination. Other things that are barred are  watches,water bottles,ornaments,eatables etcetera.

Yes you can wear trouser with pocket. The only thing is you should not be wearing jewellery,belt,shoes,big buttons on formal shirt,cardboard etc. And don't keep anything in your pockets. Put them empty.

Yes, trousers with pockets are allowed in Neet exam. But make sure to do not have anything and any kind of stuff in your pockets as they are checked before the entry to the hall. Only admit card and your id proof and passport size photographs are allowed to take in the examination hall
