Hi there,
Tulu quota is available only at COMEDK colleges in Karnataka. If you belong to a Tulu speaking community, you may belong to one of the OBC categories like 1, 2A, 2B, 3A, 3B etc. Medical seats under Karnataka state quota are reserved for the above categories as well as Hyderabad-Karnataka quota.
