is Ubkv possible for me??? I have rank as general 210and OBC 38...I am hs 2020 passout student from wbchse..... Also, can you give me afull description of counseling process. is it possible for me ti admit there??

You haven't specified the course you are looking for.I hope it is Bsc.Agriculture.For Bsc.Agriculture the students are selected based on merit.The shortlisted students will be called for counselling.Then the students have to report to ubkv and complete the admission process.You have good chances to get into the college with your rank.You can wait till the last round of seat allotment.
