Hello aspirant,
Yes, UES entry is still there for Indian Army. B.E./B.Tech., Engineering degree students studying in Pre-Final Year i.e. studying in 3rd year, who wish to join Indian Army as a Permanent Commissioned Officer through SSB interview without any written exam, may apply under University Entry Scheme (UES) 2021-2022.
Starting date of application form will be updated soon on the official website.

what if i get selected in UES in my 3rd year then how will i submit the documents and passing certificates of engineering, this is one small doubt of mine...

They will not ask for pass certificate as it is only for engineering 3rd year students, you need to provide the marksheet of your engineering till 3rd year and provide certificates of previous exam if asked for.
