Is UIT RGPV better than MITS gwalior?

I think MITS is better. But, Bhopal is greatly improved than Gwalior.
In Bhopal you'll discover.
1) World class coachings for GRE/CAT/GATE or for government test preparation.
2) Absolutely preferred climate over Gwalior. Gwalior sucks in both winter and summer season.
3) Better places to home base with your companions in Bhopal.
4) Exposure.
5) Voilence free condition, not at all like Gwalior.

7) Much better city.
