No Delhi University is not conducting entrance test for UG courses but they do conduct for some courses like bachelor's in economics, management studies.

But

DU vice-chancellor Yogesh Tyagi had said last December that the university might switch to the entrance-based admission process for undergraduate courses in 2019.



However, Union human resource development (HRD) minister Prakash Javadekar ruled it out and said the admission process would be conducted as per the existing norms on cut-off marks based on class 12 results.

So this year no entrance exam for DU.

Admission is on merit base and according to cutoff



Delhi University will be conducting Delhi University Entrance Test (DUET) for the admission of candidates to undergraduate and postgraduate degree programmes. Candidates will be offered admissions through either Delhi University Entrance Test (DUET) or merit list of qualifying examination or specified provisions for which candidates must register online to take part in admission process.

No the Delhi university , New Delhi is not conducting entrance examinations for admissions to its undergraduate courses offered by colleges affiliated to it except for the courses - bachelor's in business economics, bachelor's in management studies and bfia respectively. The entrance test so conducted is the Delhi university joint entrance test. The eligibility criteria for applying as well as

appearing for the Delhi univerity Joint Ability test is that You should have a score of

60% in any four subjects including maths ,english and any two which you

got highest in your class 12th boards.
