Yes, UP State colleges are much good for the placements. I have many of my friends studied from UP colleges and doing wonders in their career.
1 . IIT - kanpur (Indian Institute Of Technology - kanpur ) is one of the well known college in our country . This institute really helps you for your placement in big companies .above 90% of the students get placed every year from this college .Highest salary offered in India is 45 LPA and in foreign it goes upto 1 crore .
2 . BHU( Benaras Hindu University)- I know this college personally as I belonged to Varanasi .I have seen a lot of students getting paid in bigger companies like Capgemini , vipro , L&T. This is one the most well known college of our country.
