Hey Rohit! The Uttarakhand Technical University will conduct the counselling of Uttarakhand B.Tech 2019 for all the qualified candidates of JEE Main. Such candidates will have to register for Uttarakhand B.Tech 2019 counselling by paying the requisite fees followed by registration and filling of choices. The registration for counselling will start from 1st or 2nd week of June tentatively.

The Uttarakhand state counselling has not started yet. The tentative date was supposed to 3rd week of June but as I see it is not the case. It will start by 1st or 2nd week of July. I'm providing you with a link where you can see the previous year cutoff lists so that you can opt the college according to your rank.

Yes it has started already, 2nd week of June, you must have applied through the online portal already, with your application no. as your username. If you haven't already your only option is JoSAA, counseling. You should search internet regularly for this friend. You can't take stuff like this easily.
