NEET is the entrance examination for admission to MBBS,BDS, Ayush and Veterinary courses across India. Having said that, there are also State level entrance examinations conducted by respective States for admission to the Veterinary colleges in their States. For example, RPVT is the State level Entrance examination for admission to Veterinary Colleges in Rajasthan and only those Candidates who hold the domicile of Rajasthan are allowed to appear for this exam. For example, Kerala has KEAM, Jharkhand has JCECE, Assam has AAU VET. Hi Sonali , regarding your question I would like to tell you that NEET UG is a medical entrance exam in order to get admission in courses like MBBS,BDS,BAMS and BHMSetc. For admission in veterinary field at uG level you need to appear in NEET exam and on the basis of your rank scored in NEET merit list 2020 the seat allotment process will be done by  AIPVT.
