Hey! Vidyavardhaka College of Engineering - [VVCE], Mysore is better than PES College of Engineering - [PESCE], Mandya in terms of placement, academics and faculty but no doubt in terms of infrastructure PES college is better than VVCE. You must go for Vidyavardhaka College of Engineering - [VVCE], Mysore for Engineering.
