Not like that it's totally depend upon your respective branch and your obtained rank fee. Since both are the private universities their fee structure will be only less for those students whose rank will be less than 20k in their entrance examination.

And normally we can't compare the fee structure among both these universities because it depends on many factors as i told.

Normally it will be approx 1.5 to 2.5 or may be 3 lakh .

FEE of Any Courses Either VIT or KIIT Depends on your rank So don't think about Fee If you Get 1 Rank then your Fee going to very less.You have not mention your course please mention your course then i will help you 100%.

VIT or KIIT both are Good Private universities in india average fee of B.tech is 3lakh per year in both college

Considering all the private Universities, all of them are more or less very costly and the fees comes out to be 3 lacs per annum.

But if you want a new opportunity for yourself to build your career and boost your self knowledge, KIIT is a right place to join . The colleges, you mentioned have approximately equal tuition fees, hostel fees, book fees, gym, etc.

The actual difference comes when a student leaves hostel and start living in a flat on his own or with two or three friends.
