It depends upon you in which parameters using to find the best, like placement, infrastructure, and management. If I consider ranking which is given by MHRD then VIT leading SRM. So you have decide yourself which is good according to your parameters.

Talking about VIT first, VIT is a college for students who strongly focus on their academics. If you are ready to sacrifice your social life and stay in one small room studying for hours, then VIT is the place for you. Towards the placement side, Both VIT and SRM are almost equal. The faculties also are nearly of the same quality.

Coming to SRM, This college can give you great exposure along with many co-curricular and extra curricular activities. The difference is that studying and living in SRM can be more expensive than that in VIT.

To conclude, both colleges are good. It all depends on what life you want to live for the next 4 years.

it is really a confusing question as you have not mentioned the branch or stream which you are looking for.

both the colleges are equally competitive and qualitative in terms of college facility and education basis. if you could tell which stream are you looking for it would be much easier and we could guide you well with the necessary details ans information of that course in a informative way...among vit college the vit vellore is the best one in terms of development college life and the preferences made by the previous students and alunmis.
