Hello,
The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board (WBJEEB) will release the list of cities at which WBJEE 2021 exam centres shall be located atwbjeeb.nic.in. Unfortunately there is no center for WBJEE examination in Bihar. The centers are only available in West Bengal , Tripura and Assam.
However, candidates from Bihar can appear in the WBJEE, but you will not be able to secure a seat in government college. The best college you can get through Wbjee is Jadhavpur University which is one of the best college in India and offers great placement.

Wbjee has its test centres only in west bengal, assam and tripura. Wbjee is not conducted in bihar, you need to go to any of these places to appear for wbjee. To know the list of test centres of wbjee you may visit the following link:
