Dear Shaheen,  if neck scarf is a part of your traditional wear that you allows you to follow religious customs, then yes you may. But you have to reach the examinatiom hall an hour early for private checking. Or if you want yo wear it for making a fashion statement, then certainly No. A frock over slacks is a strict No. Salwar kameez and trousers is preferred dress code for female candidates. Even palazzos are allowes. But no jeggings, leggings, jeans or slacks. Any type of clothing that might allow unfair practises like hiding any sort of communication devives are strictly prohibited. Your clothes should be simple and light.
