Coming to your question, according to me I feel that a working atmosphere becomes stressful if you have no interest in what you are doing. If you are a person who enjoys the work that you do and you have a passion for it then it will not be stressful. This doesn't matter from which college you come from.
Yes it can be stressful if your colleagues do not have any compassion and aren't supportive. There are some companies that are known to give priority to the wellbeing of their staff, so do research well before joining a company.
SO make sure to get a job that you are interested working on and to make friends who can help you out. Rest you shall be fine.
