And what about m.tech in microwave and optical comm. From dtu ?? ( May get this) I have another option of nit jalandhar ?? Pls suggest 

It depends on your objective from this m.tech. If you're looking for just a good college brand name, DTU/NSIT/NIT Jalandhar they would all give you that since they are old institutions.
These are great for b.tech, but for m.tech you need better faculty, better placement/research offers. In all these respects, IIITD would be a better option and is at par with the IITs.
Specially for a stream like ECE, you would expect job in core electronics companies after M.tech. NITs always have a preference for the b tech people, while research oriented colleges like IIITD give much focus to postgraduate and PHD students.
My brother did his M.tech in VLSI from IIITD (choosing it over NSIT/NITs) and all the students are extremely satisfied with their college and degree.
