Dear Student,
For the under graduate course of medical in India NEET examination is mandatory. For qualifying NEET examination the candidate must have to qualify the 12th class examination with Chemistry, Biology, Physics and English subjects. For general category candidates, the minimum marks needed is 50% in 12th standard and for other categories it is 40% marks in 12th standard.

So it is a must for medical aspirants to pursue their dream to become a doctor. Some years back different states had their respective individual medical entrances .
