You can understand how good a college from it's cutoff. The demand shows how good a college is. All the colleges you mentioned are good as all of them are government colleges. And If you can get any of the above colleges then i will suggest you for RGKAR or IPGMER or CNMC. These are much better then the other two colleges. But all are government colleges so you can think it doesn't matters much. But still RGKAR and CNMC are much better. Rest depends on you and your score.
