isn't only microsoft office necessary for a career in HR

Microsoft Office must be know by every HR, but an HR must also know Oracle HRMS in order to manage the data, sound knowledge on Cloud Computing, and must know how to use the SAP software. There also might be further computer skills that an organization might require you to have the knowledge about. So it is better to be on the safe side and gain some basic computer knowledge before going for an HR job.
