isn't the new assessment policy of cbse unfair..students left with optional will suffer as optional are meant to increase the marks but according to their policy it wil decrease students marks

Hello,

Yes the new assessment policy of cbse is a bit unfair. But it depends on each person how they interpret it. Optional subjects are meant to gain marks but looking at the current situation if Covid19 pandemic in India, the safety and life of students is more important than gaining marks. Education department along with the Central Board of Secondary education has implemented this assessment policy keeping in mind the safety of students. So we have to respect it and go ahead with it.
